Shipping & Returns
Orders submitted before 12pm Singapore Time (SGT) on weekdays will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm SGT on weekdays or weekends (including public holidays) will be processed the next working day*. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next working day.
All pieces are made-to-order. Please allow up to 20 working days for us to create your jewellery.
*Working days are Mondays to Fridays
Singapore Delivery: Complimentary
Your item will be shipped the next working day upon completion of your piece. Complimentary ground shipping is valid on all orders.
International Delivery : Complimentary
International shipping is free for all countries. Any taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Simone Jewels Pte Ltd is not associated with these fees.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
All orders are shipped via insured shipping methods and require a signature upon delivery.
We are only able to ship to one address per order.
All orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
As each piece of jewellery is made-to-order, all orders are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable or exchangeable.
In case of manufacturing defects, we will offer an exchange or repair within the warranty period of 30 days of purchase.
Return shipping will be via tracked delivery and costs will be borne by Simone Jewels Pte Ltd. Upon receipt of the defective item, we will assess the piece to make a new piece or repair and ship it back to you free of charge.
Manufacturing defects do not include damages caused by wear and tear or mishandling by anyone other than Simone Jewels Pte Ltd
Return requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Simone Jewels Pte Ltd.
